Philippine Mining Service Corporation (PMSC) was established on June 16, 1980 as a subsidiary of Kawatetsu Mining Co. Ltd. and Kawasaki Steel Corporation, both of Tokyo, Japan, to fulfill the vision of developing the huge dolomite deposit located at the municipalities of Alcoy and Dalaguete, province of Cebu, Philippines.
